it will be fine at the parade today. a mixture of sun and clouds. >> good morning. we have a crash southbound on 295. there is some traffic and the right lane is blocked. hopefully they will get that clean up quickly. another crash at security boulevard. you'll have to take an alternate route for the time being. another crash in the city at mount royal. a crash with possible lane closures. parade closures in effect at 10:00 this morning. commerce street to pratt street to howard street. that starts at 10:30 this morning. the topside of the beltway is looking good.

no delays just yet. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> your superbowl champions are back in baltimore this morning. >> the city has been preparing a huge victory pray that we will bring you live. sarah sampson is live at the stadium. what can we expect? >> the parade will start at 10:45 this morning. we are starting to see some fans gather. people will probably want to give themselves extra time. the parade begins at city hall and ends at m&t bank stadium. it will go south on commerce street. then a continues onto pratt street and howard street. parking is free for fans at the stadium.

the blaze on pennsylvania avenue monday evening. the fire could be seen from several miles away. the roof collapsed on top of the firefighters. >> there was an immediate evacuation from the structure. >> it is a scary thing. >> most of the injuries were minor bumps and bruises. still no word on a possible cause for the fire. >> michael johnson is accused of murdering phylicia barnes. it was suggested he was jealous of time she spent with others.

there wasn't enough time for johnson to carry out the crime as presented by the prosecution. >> a man is charged with murder in the death of his girlfriend. they got into an argument in west baltimore. at some point that was grabbed a gun. >> doug gansler says the time is now to act on gun violence protection. he hosted a diverse group of experts including prosecutors to discuss the practical solutions to keep illegal guns off the streets. bernstein suggested new laws and expanding the gun registry statewide and tougher sentences. >> mandatory minimum sentences

>> good morning. kim dacey checking on your morning commute. we have a slowdown southbound on 295. the right lane is blocked at 195. stay to the left to get by. a bad accident at security. possible late closures on 83. volume building on the outer loop of the west side. parade closures downtown beginning at 10:30. commerce street to pratt street to howard street. closures on those streets. ava marie is live at city hall with the parade is starting. >> good morning. the weather will be ok for the parade.

we are starting off in the 30's. 36 degrees downtown. we expected temperatures to get into the 40's. i am live that city hall. you're here with the baltimore office of promotion. it will be a great day. >> we invite everybody down. it will feature the ravens and cheerleaders. >> it gives people up here a chance to celebrate with them. we will hear from the mayor. there is an entire parade route along commerce and pratt. >> 10:45 a.m. people can see the players and the mayor.

then the parade starts from city hall and commerce and goes into the stadium. >> there will be a celebration at the stadium. people will have multiple options. i do want to check on the forecast. it is a little chilly. mid 40's this morning. eather. mostly dry whet the roads should be ok. we will continue to have updates. i think i will miss the city with all the purple. >> i'm running out of purple ties. you blend right in.

carlotta says you match. she is the fashionista. the weather should be fine for the parade. at least it is not 25 with a wind chill of 1. 28 in parkton. we have some cloud cover left behind from the clipper storm. some of you got a dusting. there could be a leftover snow flurry. we should see some breaks in the overcast. a little bit of sunshine to break through. one more clipper storm around chicago. it could produce another round of snow flurries. not a big deal.

a mixture of sun and clouds. high temperatures in the low 40's. dry weather expected wednesday and thursday. a coastal storm will develop on friday. a mix of rain and snow. looks like a dry weekend. >> 6:16. a standoff in alabama ended. fbi officials raided the underground bunker where jimmy lee dykes had been holding a boy. dykes was killed in the firefight and the boy was rescued safely. a person is under arrest charged with shooting a member of the staff. he is listed in stable

condition. it is not clear why he shot the victim. the new remains of king richard iii will be laid to rest at and a cathedral. he was killed in battle in 1485. dna matches the skeleton. we're seeing mounting momentum on the topic of immigration reform. there will be a hearing in the house of representatives. hallie jackson joins us live. who else will be talking immigration today? >> it is well beyond the borders of the city.

google is gaining ground. jane king has the bloomberg business report. good morning, jane. >> good morning. the baltimore ravens big win was the good news for investors. stocks do better when the super bowl champion trace their beginnings to the nfl rather than the american football league. the ravens are an original member of the nfl. we will have to wait and see. there was a down day for stocks yesterday. it looks like a bit of a rebound for the start of things this morning. apple is out with a new ipad today.

rally and a parade. sarah sampson has more details on the story. >> good morning. they are setting up behind me. this will be the final leg of the parade. fans are being asked to go inside the stadium. we are seeing people lineup. it will be quite a crowd. the ravens returned about 5:00 p.m. yesterday as world champions. there was a police escort around the beltway and back to owings mills. the coach said most of the players slepped on the plane ride home. they did not get much sleep on sunday night. they were passing around the trophy. >> everybody got a picture of the trophy. there were a fireman at the
